SB 941 -- DRAINAGE DISTRICTS

This bill allows a business owner of property in a drainage
district to delegate an individual to represent the owner in
matters requiring a public vote involving the drainage district.

The bill also allows the secretary and treasurer of the board to
be a resident of an adjoining county.
